Open a door every day to unlock lots of new decorations and backgrounds.

Also, some visual improvements and bugfixes.

Fixed some issues with Google sign-in.
You can now press the image of the tree in "my trees" to see it full screen.
You can now open doors without signing in first, but progress might be lost on uninstall.
