My721 Coaching

My721 is a pioneering Learning Management System which enables organisations, managers and teams to plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate learning. My721 supports your organisation's coaching culture.

The My721 app is specifically designed to support anyone who coaches others. It does this by giving structure to observations, assessments and coaching activities. The app contains a coaching form which will already be tailored to your organisation's requirements. Coaches and participants should follow the structure of the form and agree on scores out of ten for each element being coached and finally record any supporting comments in the text box.

After this initial observation and assessment Coaches may then use the reporting function to identify trends and insights, which supports and inspires a constructive coaching conversation and helps coaches and coachee’s to track progress.
