NamelaApp Drivers

NamelaApp drivers is an application that helps local Batswana drivers who register with it, to locate local Batswana customers for transportation services, specifically: Taxi Special services, Cab services, Truck Services, Car rental services, Bus Services among others.

The application is only accessible and available for users residing in Botswana only. It allows In-App orders and customers pay the driver at the end or during the trip by cash in-hand.

The user will be able to visualize in real-time, receive phone calls when an order comes in, and choose to accept or cancel that call.

The driver will be able to switch ON the able to be show online and OFF to show Offline and not receive calls.

The application links the fore-mentioned transport service providers and customers. Currently no payment processing by customers will be done through NamelaApp, customers shall pay using the normal and traditional method of payment. This approach allows for flexibility between the customer and driver to integrate the traditional payment method and user experience, to interact with ease.
