New Features:
- The sign-off and submission process in offline mode failed to retrieve outstanding server data required to populate the PDF upon generation. A new system option was added to delay the flattening of the PDF until after synchronisation has taken place. Although the PDF is updated with server data, the user will not be able to edit the PDF once submission has been done.
- Inactive staff members have been removed from the staff member lookup when allocating a work order.
