ORTEC Employee Self Service is an application that communicates in real time with your organization’s scheduling system allowing you to check and manage your upcoming work schedule.
This app aims to increase employee productivity and streamline personnel administration processes, supporting organizations to move towards a “paperless office”. Employers can use the app to keep their staff informed about their planned shifts and to involve them in the planning activity by taking into consideration their availability and preferences.
Requirements
To use this app, you must sign in with an account pre-approved by your organization. For complete information about how to access your account, please contact your organization.
If you encounter any problems during the sign-in process, please contact your employer for assistance.
Features
+ Access to your personal schedule – your shifts become available in the app once the schedule is published.
+ View shift details per day – manage your time more efficiently by checking in advance shift details such as assigned workstation or when your lunch break is scheduled.
+ Multi-organization support – do you collaborate with 2 or more organizations? You can use the same app to view the schedule for each one of them.*
+ Test or preview the app – no need to sign in, just install and check out the app in demo mode.
* Applicable only if all organizations are using ORTEC Employee Self Service.
