Adjustments:
- Adjust acquisition for some Limited Heroes and enhance Heroes
- Adjust themed events and related rewards
- Adjust the newbie events and corresponding gift packs
- [Hero Spirit] is no longer used to advance Heroes beyond Mythic
Optimization:
