Fixed some settings which weren't working properly in the last update.

Bringing Paperland up to date with some of our other apps:

- Updated Randomizer (with option to shuffle on double tap)
- Improved Theme Manager loading and display
- Updated Make Wallpaper feature
- Better performance
- Settings and Randomize app drawer shortcuts (disable these in Settings if you like)
- (PRO) Run Paperland as a Daydream (System Settings > Display > Daydream)
