• Fixing ugly bug when online holdem ends middle of the game which causes player cards to visually be visible at beside players hand when player itself folds away.
• Holdem has finally card burning, pot collection with animations etc.
• Refactored some code behind the scenes a lot.

- I know offline holdem is poor, it will be better after online side logic is correct and works as a reference.
