Updated target API level.
Files must now be located in the app's private storage area, so Storage Type option is now "Available Templates" unless Cloud storage is configured.
Available Templates storage type includes both Zebra sample templates and customer added templates.
Customer templates must be added using the Add Template option in the Available Files section.
Customer apps starting PrintConnect targeting Android 8 (Oreo) or above need to use startForegroundService API to start a service.
