This Project Eric is a healthcare enhancement tool, which aims to utilize assistive technology to remove communication barriers in the public transportation system for passengers with disabilities. It can make passengers with disability ride public transportation easy and fun. Using assistive technologies, the mobile app can help passengers talk to the driver, get to know where to go, request for assistance, or express appreciation simply by touching and swiping. It can greatly increase their life quality as well as the participation in social activities.
