Quick Fall Risk Screening

With Quick Fall Risk Screening you are able to screen your fall risk in a quick and easy way. You will also be able to learn fall prevention strategies which will help lead you to a healthy and active ageing.

There are many factors which lead to increased fall risk, such as bad eyesight, reduced physical activity or even some medication.

This app will help you to identify your risk factors.

At the end of the screening, based on your responses, your result may or may not, indicate fall risk.

If you are at risk for falls, it will be suggested for you to visit a FallSensing screening center.

Use Quick Fall Risk Screening to:

• Identify fall risk, even at an early stage.

• Learn fall prevention strategies and also what you should do in case of a fall

• Follow your fall risk evolution.

• Export your records to a PDF file or spreadsheet.

The Quick Fall Risk Screening App was developed in the scope of the FallSensing project, which aims to create technological solutions that allow fall risk evaluation in adult population, and implement fall prevention plans which contribute to healthy and active ageing.
