Raffler: Decisions made easier

If you enjoyed Quick Decisions you're gonna love this update!

In this version:
- New icon!
- More Quick Decisions: new options!
- Sub Groups mode: choose how many items per group instead
- Edit items while creating a group, just long press them
- Newcomers can now skip tutorials

I've also added crash reports in this version. It really helps me make this app better and better, but I'll understand if you'd like to opt-out, just make sure to check the settings to switch.
