March 20 2019: Fix an issue where READ_PHONE_STATE permission was not properly requested.
March 9 2019: The app has been modernized in many ways. RRM's permissions structure has been re-written. The app now targets API 28. SMS permissions have been removed due to a new Google Play Store policy (but you can still randomize SMS via the "Third Party Apps" menu). The app's ringtone playing mechanism has been re-written to use a media player instead of piggy-backing off the OS's Notification APIs.
