Move core editor tools to external, now tools like Save File or Run App can be edited
Add App Setting to enable Recovery Tools(built-in tools in case if external are broken)
Add global mock for evaluating external code
File opened in editor is now highlighted in file tree
File history slice can be saved as file
Enable strict mode for all evaluated code; tools update to support strict mode
Fix for 2.0.25, there were code regression because I mismanaged git modules.
