A new notification center to tweak which notifications you get, huge improvements to TalkBack support, plus lots of improvements based on the fantastic feedback we've been getting!

- Gist and book feeds now hold your place, even when moving between screens or apps
- New Gists will load in at the top with a small notification
- Tapping tab bar icons will scroll to the top
- Added more options to Gists for books that you don't recommend
