1.4.2 - Image save fix

New in 1.4.1 - Crash Fixes
• Added permissions to allow to write images to memory cards
• This should fix Crashes at startup / saving images people were seeing with the last build.

New in 1.4.0
• Added new support for Gallery images, hopefully this fixes reported issues on other devices
• Added android style 'back' button support, can now navigate back to the main menu / exit app using back button
