Long-overdue minor update.

Bugs fixed:
Naver Portuguese tab now directs to the proper dictionary.
Corrected mistakes on the Conjugation information page.
All HTTP requests have been changed to HTTPS.
Fixed cleartext error on Android 9+.

Improvements:
The Korean interface translation is improved.

New features:
The vocabulary list can now be sorted in several ways.
Swiping between tabs in the dictionary can be disabled in order to facilitate hanja drawing.
