After beating castle stage, increase number is stage selector
Disable languages other than english and portuguese in config
Finish pt-BR translation dialogs
Adjust damage from weapons.
Remove stars animation due to the new visual identity
Save cursor position in main menu
Restore progressive text for intro
If player has double-shot, arms-armor must shot same number as normal
Ready message is not centered
Use the weapon name in arms armor dialog.
