Shelf: Discover Great Apps

Thanks for using Shelf! This release adds the following features:
📱 Brand new fluid scrolling animations implemented.
🧭 Modernized and updated bottom bar, with new animations.
🤫 New secret app recommendations added.
🐞 Minor bug fixes.

In addition, this update also removes the leaderboard feature. Given that a small handful of users were using this feature, and an even smaller handful were winning, we thought it best to remove the feature and focus our efforts elsewhere.
