SHS Canteen

SHS Canteen is a pre-order mobile app which allows students to order their meals in advance. Students can either pick up their meals, or staff members can deliver them directly to the classrooms. This will avoid overcrowding in the canteen, hence prevents the spread of COVID-19 in school compound.

Custom Wallet Amount Management - manually Debit or Credit amount in bulk into the users' wallets or process refund.

Wallet Transaction List - view the details like transaction id, reference, transaction type, amount, etc.

Order Delivery

Allow users to choose a delivery date (Up to 30 days delivery range, starting on the current date) during the checkout process and notifies them about the selected delivery dates.

The admin can decide which dates are unavailable for delivery and disable specific delivery periods.

The number of orders that can be delivered in a day or time frame can be configured, ensuring that your store does not get overloaded.

The admin can decide a nominated cut off time for all orders to provide the kitchen staff sufficient time to prepare the food. The system won't allow any orders to be placed after the cut off time.

By capturing the delivery date, orders are processed more efficiently, productivity is improved, and customers are satisfied.

Security

The system will automatically terminate idle user sessions, thus protecting the users' money in e-Wallet being misused if the he/she leaves unattended sessions.

WhatsApp

Students or parents can contact the school or the canteen operator directly via WhatsApp. When they click the WhatsApp icon, it opens a WhatsApp conversation and they will be able to send the predefined message without having to add the school or the canteen operator phone number to their contact list.

Order Again

The users can repeat their previous order and place it in their shopping cart again with just one click.
