SigNSurvey

Auto Data's SigNSurvey Android app is used in conjunction with our point of sale software to provide customer signatures as well as survey responses.

Here is a list of features:

* Signature capture for fleet charges and credit cards (Integrated Verifone only).

* Survey including up to 3 questions with up to 5 answers each.

* Fully customizable survey questions/answers.

* Certain answers can trigger automatic alert emails to managers for resolution. Emails include customer contact info.

* Survey answers posted to AutoPoll for reporting/grading by store.

* Future credit card swiping to replace integrated Verifone (coming 2015).

* Choose from an assortment of background colors and display custom logo on every screen.

* Substitute video or image for the waiting screen.

* Asks customer for email and permission to contact upon giving poor survey results if they have opted out of email communication previously or have not given email address.
