+ Added Settings--Playback--Stop when others are playing.
It allows you to simultaneously playback with other media players.

+ Long press the ID3 button at the top of the player window to save the current value as the default value for all new books.

+ Added Skip start and end button to the Settings--Full version settings.
Now you can skip the repeating parts of the files.

+ Fixed situation when Sort button was invisible when one of Folder View modes is enabled.
