Smart Tenancy allows tenants to request services from their Housing Association, through a menu of options, allowing the tenant to register a repair complaint, ask for a rent balance or mini-statement, register an instance of Anti-social behavior or any other supported service.

•Allows tailored, personal feeds of data to the Tenant

•Allows Tenant to register Service requests of the organization with real time update

To use this application your housing provider needs to install Deeplake Communication Manager.
