Smart Port is expected to digitize processes and enable the adoption of more user-friendly Port operation related services.This includes due execution of the modules and providing support facilities Mobile application shall be provided for the following use cases.

i. Allow authorized port executive personnel to view approval requests via a mobile application and approve/deny in real-time.

ii. Allow security officers to verify in the field whether a person or vehicle belongs inside the port via a mobile application

iii. Allow agents to submit gate pass requests for people, vehicle and miscellaneous goods entry/exit via a mobile application

iv. Allow agents to monitor the progress of vessel calls

v. Allow agents to raise issues or grievances

vi. Allow agents and port executives to chat to resolve any field issues
