Added Board option to Team menu and created board members for all teams
Various visual improvements
Manager history now displays correctly (if it exists)
"End of Season" now shown instead of Week 47
Chairman influences to job protection implemented
Job security with fiery chairmen after defeat fixed
Pop ups for board messages enabled (no sackings yet)
Invalid team registry after promo/rele resolved
Players are now left/right footed and have starsign
