SparkHunt

SparkHunt is an app for finding (hunting) the right resources from across the industry and educational institutions to support Emtec’s growth. The app provides an overview of Emtec (Locations, Partners, Benefits, People & Culture, Technology Focus etc) along with an option to search for jobs. A registered user will get to see jobs as per the primary skills entered in his / her profile. Non-registered users will get to see a list of all jobs and will need to register for applying to a specific position. Users can also take an Emtec trivia test to check their awareness about Emtec.

Candidates aspiring for job opportunity at Emtec, will be provided with credentials to login to SparkHunt. Candidates can login and see list of tests like aptitude, technical assigned to them. They can choose to take the tests and based on their test results they will be informed about their Candidate status and interview will be scheduled accordingly.

Candidates can even request an update in the profile so that interviewer always has latest profile of candidate and helps them in screening candidates correctly.
