1) Implemented Multiple Door Lock Logic.
2) Printed "PFL" head on Printed Bill next to USAGE head.
3) Changed Bill Limit Exceed logic(i.e., Added D.L Adj amount to Total Bill Amount to Avoid this bill limit exceeding).
4) Relaxation:
1. Fixed Charge Payment up to 30 Jun 2020
2. Surcharge 1% instead of 1.5%.
