A summary added to the email content (scanner) of result 'pairs' that are either not complete i.e. don't have both an Athlete Number and a Position, or results that have a note assigned to them.

Results can be ordered by position, athlete or time scanned.

Stopwatch updated so that times over an hour are displayed in a correct format and compatible with webFMS
