More theme corrections, such as tag cloud filter list now showing correctly under light and dark theme, correcting theme for current recordings as well as add mood and location backgrounds.

We also updated weather descriptions and changed the media content observer to handle rapid recordings, reported by Android as one change event, e.g., burst mode photos.
