A lot of minor user interface changes and additions, as well as the usual bugfixes:
- Wx times changed to 24h zulu time (was sometimes AM/PM and who would use that c...)
- Changed lightning symbol to look somewhat like a lightningstrike
- Added setting for hiding strikecounter
- Added setting for show/hide track and heading vector
- Popup box for enabling/disabling radar/strikes (see release notes on how to do that)
- wxAnimation added (see release notes on how to enable it)
