2. Premiums are Basic Premium and Add-on Premiums

a. Basic Premium is applicable for Section 2 : Basic cover and Section 3 : Other Benefits as defined in Policy wordings.

b. Add-on Premiums are applicable for Section 4: Add-on Benefit as defined in Policy wordings, if opted by Insured on payment of extra premium. Add-on premium are applicable for the following benefit.

3. Premiums are defined for the following family definitions. a. Self

b. Self + Spouse

c. Self + Spouse + 1 Child d. Self + Spouse + 2 Child

4. Discount applicable on premium

a. For 2 years and 3 years Policy term. This discount however is not applicable for optional add on covers i.e. Critical Illness, Hospital Cash and Maternity
