We expanded subscriber access to dependent claims in the Claim section of the Surest app. This makes it easier for subscribers to manage healthcare spending. App users will start seeing two blue hearts indicating Premium Care Physicians (per UnitedHealthcare Premium program).
We updated the app to improve the user experience and kissed some bugs goodbye. We resolved the oops screen when a subscriber canceled a dependent’s activated coverage. Setting out of pocket spending filters is easier.
