* Added SweetBlue version in the nav drawer
* You can now edit and save the service/characteristics that are custom
* You can now turn notifications on/off
* Added more settings options (was missing any setting using the Interval class)
* The last used scan filter is now saved
* The last config is now saved between app sessions
