* Updated navigation menu in competition view, to fit more tabs.
* Added option to share results from lane details.

Bug fixes:
*Fix bug with combined results that made the app crash if one competition was missing results.
* Improved font scaling issues
* Fixed so the app will start updating again after navigating away
* Fixed bugs with favorites and with buying subscriptions
