Here are the additions and changes making it into MARCH TO WAR v1.3.1:

• Communities can now have up to 40 members!
• The first time a Survivor takes heavy losses from PvP attacks, they will receive an in-game Recovery Mail to help them get back on their feet.
• Newcomers will benefit from improved Cease Fire protection before joining the fray.
• Bug fixes.
