New levels for seasonal Townscapes, new items, and more.

Added:
- Levels 7–15 for the Fort of Loyalty and Fort of Permanence
- Two new Townscapes — Sturdy Eagle's Nest and Sturdy Citadel of the Sun
- The "Amarian Granite" and "Marching Speed-up, +100%" items

Other:
- The way in which your Hero's and Inquisitor's presence in garrisons is displayed has been changed
- The balance of Forts in the Battle on the Isles Tournament and of Rebels' Towers has been reworked
