To Idle Or Not: Hopeless Fort

🎯 FEATURES:
1. Added a cooldown before you could switch weapons again
⚖️ BALANCE:
Increased the lightning cooldown time from 15 to 25 (was a bit OP)
Increased game pace (enemies are faster but with less health and they spawn closer to the camera view)
🐞 Fixed Bugs🐞:
1. AI Weapons should now be more accurate when shooting enemies
2. Fixed a bug with stage 9, the boss was not spawning and you could get stuck at that stage
