Yusuf himself knows what it feels like to struggle to navigate in a new place. When he arrived in Turkey from Syria in 2013 he witnessed the language barrier and a general lack of information on the area impeding not only his integration into his new community but also hampering the experience of those visiting for just a few days exploring as tourists. “On average people spend three or more days researching about a place they are visiting; that is a huge amount of time that busy people just don’t have.” This is how he got the idea for Torever.
