TotalCross Showcase

TotalCross (totally cross-platform) is a framework for developing applications for smartphones, tablets, and desktop. Using the JAVA language, the tool makes it possible to develop portable applications for a wide range of equipment, without any adaptation to the source code (write once run anywhere concept). Supported platforms are Android, iOS, Windows Phone 8, Linux and Windows desktop. In addition, you can run TotalCross programs on any other platform using JDK.

TotalCross can be used in any IDE, such as Eclipse or Netbeans, and you perform all development on it, debugging just like a JAVA application. It also has 2 databases, Litebase and SQLite. The footprint is less than 3 MB.

TotalCross is a tool for 14 years in the market and has already supported platforms such as data collector, Windows CE, Symbian and more.

This program shows examples of various aspects of the API separated by the package, such as user interface, socket, soap, scanner via camera, dialer, ftp, reflection, threads, google maps, etc.
