Meet the app update to address TT2 v3.8 changes!

We're almost there with all the changes of v3.8, here's a changes that included in this update:
- Added new v3.8 optimized builds for Beginners (Pet pHoM, CS pHoM)
- Added new v3.8 optimized builds for CS, SC, HS
- Added new 'Hidden Viper' equipment set
- Fixed rare crash on Android 9+

Skill Tree Builder is still being reworked so it will be available in the next update with the really cool UI and updated Rogue Tree!
