Twos: Remember & Share Things

Remembering *things* is even easier!
Fixed reordering *things* in sublists with arrows.
Fixed opening Twos with the url scheme twosnotes://.
Sublists now default to your default *thing* type.
Added a button to carry over to-dos on other days to Today.
Added a user setting to show all repeating events on days.
Added keyboard shortcuts at the start of *things* for insert date (dd + space), insert time (tt + space), and insert date and time (dt or td + space).
