Cincinnati, Ohio is rich with African-American history. In history it has been on the border of slavery and freedom. This places the city at the center of activity during those harsh times for the Underground Railroad. Throughout the years of history in this city slaves were housed to make a run to freedom, fought for equal rights, founded churches, and built schools. Even to this day history is still being writing in the city of Cincinnati. Learn a bit about the life and struggle of the people who lived during these times.
