1) adds a time-lapse video of Vesuvius to the Webcams page, which is automatically updated daily

2) adds Ischia to the monitored volcanoes instead of Stromboli. This creates a complete volcano monitoring system for Campania.

3) improves location detection for the Report Felt Earthquake page. This page will not be visible if you have denied location permission for the app.

4) adds a filter to exclude "nd" events from earthquake graphs and lists (in Settings and About)
