- Performance: Manager will be able to monitor the status at every phase from lead 'generation' to 'conversion' through detailed graphical representations

- Schemes: Manager will be able to create, edit or stop a Scheme to increase revenue generation

- Agents: Manager will be able to view, grow and manage their Agent Network

- Target: Manager will be able to see the targets allocated to them
