Phone app:
• Add system ("hamburger") menu
• Add a couple items to the About screen
• Overhaul management of wearable devices
• Support Android Wear 2 (decoupled APK distribution)
• Remove “tap to switch widgets” from Wear interface
• Various bug fixes

Android Wear app:
• Add settings screen on watch
• Add vertical swipe on watch faces (off by default)
• Reduce speed threshold on vertical swipe in interactive app
• Revise “disconnected” screens per Wear guidelines
