Web sms is a simple and free application that provides sending SMS messages to Ukraine cellular providers Ukrtelekom, Intertelecom, CDMA.UA, MTS, Life, and Kyivstar absolutely free. Choose the wifi connection and start cutting your cellular expenses.

The application is not a replacement of the standard SMS sending program. It works through web interface.
