Revamped the joystick control to improve response and running while turning.

Fixes:
When joining a private multiplayer game and entering an incorrect game name or password would not return to the main menu.
After dying, the Start Over button didn’t do anything.
Compass incorrect in Slough Creek.
Mate name not shown in Amethyst.
Mark Territory mission could break.
Chat window covers other dialog buttons.
Logo showing in the wolf customization window.
