XIM APEX Manager

Updated to support features added in XIM APEX firmware 20190719 (see http://xim.tech/latest for details).
This version of Manager will continue to work with all firmware versions.

Android now requires apps to be granted Location Services permissions in order to search for Bluetooth LE devices like XIM APEX. Your location is never read or used and may be disabled after connecting to XIM APEX.
