In this update we've given the design an overhaul:
- we’ve added new sessions for our targeted programs
- we’ve modified the difficulty of our “Lose weight”, “Get fitter” and “Gain muscles” programs
- we’ve added new functions to the “Create my workout” section
- we’ve added new music during the sessions
- your session history is no longer lost when you reinstall the application
