This is version 2 of the Application.
Which has 4 modules for 4 different types of support scenarios.
Module 1: Support Tickets - For all Internal Employees who need support related to the IT Hardware & Software tools provided by the company.
Module 2: Customer Complaints - For employees belonging to Sales, Warehouse & Quality Control
Module 3 & 4: Near Miss & Kaizen - For all the employees located in the production plant.
